At Karpet Mills we pride ourselves in looking after our customers throughtout the whole shopping experience, including providing support once the carpet has been fitted. Our success has stemmed from allowing our customers to buy in confidence with the peace of mind that if something unexpected does happen once the carpet has been fitted we will be there to resolve the problem.

All of our carpet and vinyl fitting carries a 12 month guarantee and any problems within that timeframe that are as a result of fitting will be fully resolved.

All products bought through Karpet Mills are covered by manufacturers warranties which range from 12 months to lifetime guarantees. If any products are defective or develop unexpected faults before the expiry of these warranties, Karpet Mills guarantees to pursue to manufacturers for replacements or credit to resolve the problems.
